- Bugfix for pcapnav_dump_open() with in append mode: pcapnav's check
for compatible link-layer types was broken because it didn't honour
pcap's internal linklayer type mapping mechanism.
Lesson learned: when comparing linklayers always use pcap_datalink(). :)
