Preparations for the 0.5 release:

- Added -export-dynamic to the linker, per the libtool manual.

- Version bump.

- Minor fixes to pcap plugin, to list correctly in netdude --plugins.

- Updated copyright years, manpage, spec file, etc.

- In cases where pcap indicates a larger packet size than is actually
  used by the protocols contained (this seems to happen from time to
  time), tell the user in the status bar when visiting the pcap tab.

project-relevant paths.

Pressing Ctrl-C inside the ascii/hex editor of the raw data protocol 
handler now causes the currently rendered payload to be copied into the 
clipboard. Very useful if you want to cut-and-paste hexdumps into an 
email, etc.

Bugfix: don't always re-initialize the hex editor contents, since this
means we lose the cursor location after every key click. :(
